Introduction
Mia SerraSolo Artist from: London, United Kingdom (available for travel) In her nine years dancing at professional level Mia has been invited to perform around the globe, from the dunes of the Sahara to the Royal Festival Hall. She is the director of the popular Mia Serra School of Belly Dance in London's West End and of her dance company, the Marshallah! Dancers. Mia has appeared on BBC 3's programme Groomed, on CD:uk dancing with Akon, has released her own instructional DVDs and toured Europe and USA dancing on stage with Oojami, Zohar, Celloman, Abdelkader Saadoun and legendary Algerian pianist Maurice el Medioni. Mia is renowned for her authentic, mesmerising performances and her graceful flowing style. Venues she has danced at include the Royal Festival Hall, the British Museum, Glastonbury Festival, Wimbledon Championships, Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane Hotel and many, many top clubs, hotels and restaurants including Maroush, Souk, Momo, Gilgamesh, Tramps, 5 Cavendish Sq. and ChinaWhite.
